We provide:
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Onsite Executive Analysis
- Regional Boardroom Services
- Mentorship and Follow-up
- BRT Bites
- Other Consultation Services
- Payment Terms
- Payment is required immediately upon signup
- Subscription fees are billed every 30 days
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
- Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension
- Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Service Usage
- You agree to provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Services are for authorized use only
- Resale or transfer of services is prohibited
- Intellectual Property
- All software and content remain our exclusive property
- Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions
- Data loss
- Consequential damages
- Third-party actions
- Term and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate accounts for violation of terms
- Modify services with notice
- Change pricing with 30 days notice
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by The Province of Alberta, Canada law.

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
